We ask all participants of the camp, to submit a certificate of sports medical examination before the start of the season, which must not be older than 3 months. You can send the certificate to our email address joinus@aleksamalina.camp
or take with you when you arrive at the camp. As well as the mandatory consent of the parents-guardians.
