All intellectual property rights for the materials of our academy and the basketball camp we organize are reserved, unless otherwise stated. Access to this material is permitted solely for personal purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms of Use.

Payment Methods

Camp prices published on the website are paid in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card would be charged if the payment is made non-cash will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is the possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Any complaints regarding the use of our site or camp services are free to make at any time and we will respond immediately to resolve it and make you satisfied. Please contact us by email or directly to the camp organizer and we will solve your complaint as soon as possible.

As users of the site and participants of our camp you will be contacted by the team of the Basketball Academy Malina and Alex.

Instruction

You can register for our camp in one of the following ways: through the website, by email to JOINUS@ALEKSAMALINA.CAMP, by phone and social networks or in person. After the initial contact, the participant receives the contract and upon signing it he will be allowed to attend and all the conditions organized by the camp.

With us there is a payment method at the bank, post office or via eBanking and mBanking. Payment by payment slip is made according to the instructions received by mail. Payment is possible by selecting the desired payment method, in full or in installments. In the case of payment in full, the user pays the total price of the camp in one transaction. Installment payment is a multi-part payment model, with equal amounts of each installment, for every month until the start of the camp (deposit is mandatory and non-refundable).

If the user opts for the option of logging in through the forms on the website, after filling in all the data, he will receive an email from the team of the Basketball Academy Malina and Alex. In the event that the user has registered and paid for the first installment or the camp in full using a payment card, he will receive information on subsequent installments or on a successful transaction made by e-mail. If the user chooses to pay by means of payment, information about the received installments will also be provided by email along with the payment instructions.

Protection user privacy

On behalf of the Malina and Alex Basketball Academy, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. We collect only the necessary, basic information about the participants and the data necessary to organize the camp and inform the users in accordance with good business practices in order to provide quality service. We give students a choice, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All information about the participants is strictly kept and is available only to the organizer of the camp and to persons engaged in the camp's fault for whom the data is necessary for the performance of the work. All those engaged within the Basketball Academy Malina and Alex (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The basketball academy of Malin and Alex is not in the VAT system.
